    Description

This is a pretty little silk rayon (acetate and rayon as per label) from the 1940s.
The nightgown has some issues so it is being sold as for very little to be used as a theater costume or for restoration or a pattern.
There are two spots on the front, one small and in the middle of the skirt lower area, and one larger 2" diameter on the skirt middle thigh area.
The lace on a strap needs sewing down from frays and the lace has a hole in it in the left side torso area.  It can be sewn in.  There are no big holes or rips or tears.  No big glaring stains.
The measurements of the gown taken laid flat and measured straight across are:
    bust 17"
    waist 14 1/2"
    shoulder to waist 15"
    hips 21"
    shoulder to hem 53"
    waist to hem 39"
